I am fairly agressive and have been keeping up with the board which is why the play interests me. The majority of the posts indicate that the deal will go through and,although there is risk, it seems to be minimal for the pop. Nonetheless the prudent course is to simply hold JDSU. Getting back into JDSU with a 20% lower basis has, to say the least, some appeal.

Part of my risk aversion strategy is to ask the board from time to time what they think and see if there are issues I have not considered before making my investment. In this way I hope that I don't make glaring errors and keep my loses to a minimum and maximize the gains.
