New Go Online Kiosk to be Shipped in February; Additional Testing for NewMarket Announced

BUENA PARK, Calif., Feb 1, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Jim Cannon, director of
operations for Go Online Networks Corp.'s (OCTBB:GONT) wholly owned Internet
Kiosk Division announced today that the company has authorized the release of 25
new units to clients subscribing to the Go Online Internet service.

"We will now have shipped 55 new units since January 18th to our customer base,"
said Cannon. "These new units will be installed by March 1, 2000 and will grow
our customer count to 225 hotels using our custom designed Internet kiosk
service throughout the United States."

Mike Price, director of sales for Go Online Kiosk today announced the company
will beta test several "major size" hotels to determine the feasibility of the
company's ability to service larger hotels with multiple units. "The initial
testing will be done at a Hyatt in Atlanta, which has over 1,500 rooms for
guests it offers lodging to. Currently Go Online specializes in servicing motel
and hotels with 350 rooms and less," Price said.

Price also announced that Go Online has entered into a marketing alliance with
JRB Information Services of Atlanta, to support this test. "JRB will be
responsible for the installation, maintenance and marketing of our beta test
sites in the Greater Atlanta metropolitan area. JRB brings extensive knowledge
in the operations and marketing for Internet service from public locations. JRB
will oversee all Go Online customers in the greater Atlanta area including our
recently announced beta test site in Alpharetta, Ga.," stated Price.

Go Online Kiosk has accepted more than 400 contracts from mid size hotel
operations throughout the United States and one Canadian province. Over 180 of
these contracted kiosks have been installed to date. Go Online Kiosks are
continually monitored and controlled from network operation centers and Go
Online offers nationwide in-field service and preventive maintenance programs
for its customers. Go Online's Service is currently available in 30 Ramada Inns
and 25 Days Inns as well as numerous Quality Inns, Holiday Inns and Howard
Johnsons.
