I know of no country less economically capable of engaging in a "cold war" than Russia. It is virtually subsidized by Western IMF funds and these funds would be the first to go in the event of hostile actions. An older and much more reasonable explanation was espoused by Adam Smith- supply and demand. I don't doubt for a second therein lies the explanation for Pd's price. Sleeper
