goldsnow, Good news! The Chechnyan Rebels were trying to break out of Grozny and blundered into a minefield. While they were trying to pick their way through the field the Russian artillery found them. Not only have three top field commanders been finished off but it appears that the Russians are switching to "mop up" with our Chechnyan friends. What a relief. I though those Islamic Terrorists would hold out forever. On a side note, our illustrious Sec of State Maddy Albright has been proving that the Pot can indeed call the kettle "black". She has been complaining about how awfully the Russians have been treating the Chechnyans. She didn't seem to cry too much over the Iraqi civilians, the Afghanistanians who were hit by her attempt at Osama bin Laden, the 2 people who died when Clinton blew up the asprin factory in Khartoum, or the thousands of civilians in Yugoslavia who died under a 78 day bombing campaign, ...on and on. She is a perfect hypocrit! -John
