Gordon - Significant negative developments create discontinuities in stock pricing, which may create opportunity. The critical issue becomes whether the negative development has been overdone in the price. I have seen no evidence that anyone on this thread has an informed opinion as to whether this is the case or not. Management's statement is a stock answer. It is gambling to buy this stock without more to go on. For me, insider buying, which sometimes is reported with only modest delays on Bloomberg or the internet, is one very good indicator. There is also more than the suit itself. As I commented before, it looks like BD wants to get into this market - which I would hardly regard as a plus for anyone now in the business.
