Good Morning Alan, Thank you for the reply. I assume when you say "interactive management" you are speaking about what I use to call "participative management". When I was in college taking a management course, I was in a debate on "participative management" and we did win the debate. Maybe it is a lot like raising kids, the principles sound good but putting them into practice is not always so simple on a day-to-day basis.

Do you ever read Steven Covey's books or listen to his tapes. I think he is great and I really like his philosophy. He seems to be very practical and also very spiritual. If you are familiar with his ideas, the one I like the best is about making the grid to prioritize activities and spending more time on important things vs. urgent ones.
