Alex, I do not believe that. I also do not believe that every election should threaten a social revolution. I am content that change should be fairly gradual, allowing people the opportunity to adjust. A great deal should be considered settled, at least for the immediate future, and one should choose one's causes with care. There is a reason that the Founder's made it necessary to get the concurrence of both houses of Congress, and presidential assent or a high bar to override. It was to ensure that nothing occurs without substantial consensus, and due consideration......
