Carl, I really do not know, but it could be associated with the VAT prevalent in Europe, it is quite possible that there is a timing difference between the sales of goods and the time the VAT is paid to the various European Government. That the only explanation I can come up with. By the way, today did confirm the bottom at $5 we set last November, if that hold, we should now be OK (so why did I not wait until today to buy, but bought late last year at $7.75?, well, I am stupid <VBG>, you heard it here first.
