Mad2,

Most likely, Gel Tech will form a joint venture with a foreign company for international distribution of Zicam. I don't know the specifics, such as whether the product will be bottled here and shipped to the international partner, or whether a manufacturing site will be established overseas. I doubt that Gel Tech will license the manufacturing, however.

I noticed a few weeks ago (and posted about it) that MASH and NITE traded more shares of GUMM than GNLN. I think that this is good because it indicates that new money is probably coming into the stock. I don't think that you can conclude from this data that shares are being transferred from GunnAllen to other firms because you don't know who was buying and selling.

Regards,

Dan
