ALERT

Scammer's Delight amends offering:

(Wierd Line) Scammer's Delight (F:SCDL) amended its public offering of common stock after the black board unanimously decided:
-to reverse-split the stock by 1:10 and to alter the pricing range to $99. Other conditions remain unchanged. This should add visibility to the stock offering.
-in order to have the retail investor participating an offering of five (5) classes of stock warrants has been introduced. The warrants will be exercisable at the 1, 3, 10, 15, and 30th anniversary of the offering and are interchangeable into partial warrants covering any future exercise periods.
The strike price of the warrants.... will be the closing ask price of the first trading day with a premium of 50%. Unexercised warrants will be redeemed in any case for $0.01.

Upon exercise, the company retains the right to deliver cash, stock or a new series of warrants.
