Jeffry I personally don't have any details about this but I can vouch for Bob whose credentials are impeccable here. He as much as anyone and maybe more than anyone else brought us the truth leading up to the Feb 17 agreement and I have no reason to see why this would change one iota now. He can be absolutely trusted for being accurate with his information IMHO. But by all means do whatever it takes to do your own due diligence. If you do not understand what I am taking about go read his posts around Feb 6 he was very accurate and absolutely reliable unlike the bullshit we have been and are continuing to be fed in the Canadian media IMHO Cheers, Cheers,
