Kash, You make it sound like all it takes for AMD to make its own chipset is a management decision. Not so. Where is AMD going to come up with the experienced engineering talent for the chipset and MB projects? AMD's engineering resources are already limited. They must concentrate those resources in CPU design, not chip set and MB. IMO if AMD decides to enter the MB market and do more chipset work that is absolutely necessary, it would be a big mistake. I strongly believe that AMD has taken the correct approach in this matter. Mani
