Starpoint Goldfields Inc STS Shares issued 14,567,578 2000-02-01 close $0.09 Tuesday Feb 1 2000 Mr. Harry Bristman reports Starpoint will seek shareholder approval at its year 2000 annual general meeting to change its listing category from a mining issuer to a technology/industrial issuer involved in the high-tech sector. Starpoint officers have recently returned from Israel where they have identified several opportunities in the high-tech sector. The company plans to enter into negotiations within a short time.
