NEWS IS NOT THE ANSWER! The stock fell out of bed today because a smart investor put a market order to sell and the bulk of his trades were done at 3 5/8 to 3 3/4.I would like to thank him because I added at 3 3/4.I am not here to brag just wanted to give an update. The private placement will fall very soon.It will be done at 8 bucks and will be done in several stages.MONEY IS BEING THROWN AT THIS COMPANY!Its bigger than anybody thought. NEws is not the cure.When the big boys get in at 8 they will also buy in the open market to complete their order.We should see the stock settle in around 8-9 dollars.Then the fairness opinion will be complete and the merger will be closed and the secondary will follow.THe company will go on the NASDAQ on the day of the secondary(forget all this other nonsense that you are reading0.Lottery.com will be a major winner with you are without you. And if it is without you it will be another winner that you had but sold. SIT BACK AND WATCH HOW THE BIG BOYS TAKE OVER THIS STOCK,but REMEMBER ROME WASN'T BUILT IN A DAY.THIS IS A LAYUP.WATCH AND LEARN FROM THIS!
