Hi Jay, I was e-mailed the info and also someone posted on AOL. The post on AOL had an interesting twist in that ML/MS have been selling and putting pressure on the stock[old news] however ML distributed to its partners[who then can sell the shares on their own]. Maybe this explains the additional selling when ML is not on the offer.
