I have told you guys to verify whether your shares are sitting in cash or margin several times in the past. Even if you think your shares are in a TYPE 1 account (cash) they could be in a TYPE 2 account (margin). Check your previous statement because if you have a margin agreement on file some firms keep the shares in TYPE 2 so that if you decide to buy on margin they don't have to journal the shares in the future and they can easily calulate your borrowing power. Don't assume anything. If everyone who can move shares or even switch securities would do so and it starts happening on a wide scale basis this could start a squeeze on the shorts.

We thought our shares were in TYPE 1 and found out from our statement this was not so. I can't caution you enough check yor statements and take the necessary actions to correct any problems. Let's face it this stock is trading at really ridiculously low levels.

We know all the negative press based on ESST's claims caused the stock to tank. Unfortunately, both stocks have suffered as a result of this mess and now that the truth has proven the false statements wrong the stock just can't rebound. If the shorts are forced to cover then maybe we might get some price appreciation. Frankly I really am surprised that they have not done so because when a shot seller is short one stock they are short others and when the techs do start back up they would probably loose there profits and get a margin call if they have used there marked to market funds to short other stocks.

Let's all do our part to get this thing moving up already. Defending false press and complaints to the SEC haven't scared these guys but I am sure if you attack their pocketbooks like they have attacked ours they will be hurting. And you know the beauty of this solution is that we are playing by the rules and not lowering ourselves to their level.

P.S.
Also lets keep these types of posts going out here so if he guys who don't go back and read all the postings miss this or the others they can be made aware of the urgency to check on there account positions. Let's face it we all might be our own worst enemies if we have shares on margin that don't need to be.
