Dear Walleye,

I'm searching for information regarding VMAX. I got your name on the SI board. I am very interested in VMAX. I have been piecing together some information from here and there. Robbb98, who posts on RB, claims to have spoken with the
company yesterday. He claims he spoke to "Terry." Here were Rob's conclusions:

1) There will be a PR next week regarding some kind of financing they secured, problably for future acquisitions.

2) The company will put out "juicy PR's" in March, and he thinks that they will be in reference to large aquisitions they are planning on making. He says that with or without the merger their goal is to have 100 stores by august.
He said the deal is still alive, and that they are hammeringthe final details out. AS VMAX acquires more stores, they will have a stronger hand in the Easy
Money merger.

3) The SEC filings required will be completed and turned in before March 4th...

4) He says Terry hinted at a stock buyback, not anytime soon, maybe later in the year.

I think we need to pin VMAX down and get an answer regarding the merger and so on. I need to call or write VMAX and get a real answer.

I'm looking for the company's email address and phone numbers, do you have that information? Also, do you have anymore info regarding VMAX (ie have you talked with them recently?)

If you give me their number, I will call them monday and ask them some very specific questions. I believe that a few pointed questions in the right direction will shed some light on the situation.
