Hi Osprey:

Have you been hearing anything about the V.SOP syndicate. Seems to me like something is up if I look to V.VPR market depth for some answers. VIPER doesn't have much strength on the bid side. BUT, the offers have all but dried up. Only 16,500 shares offered to $0.12. Last week, you could have bought all you wanted below $0.10. Could we be getting some news on the CC front or perhaps a shift for VIPER into the technology sector?
