Let's keep our fingers crossed for .25-

I'm not overly worried.. Given the recent damage that has been inflicted on the Euro due to a strong dollar, if he hikes 50 basis points, he'll cause a panic in the that currency.

Afterall, why hold Euro denominated bonds drawing 3% when you can buy dollar denominated ones drawing 6%??

Already there are rumblings that the European Central Bank will have to raise rates over there, despite the weak performance of their economies.

That equates to the ECB being forced to defend their currency and could cause some major financial dislocations in the derivatives markets from managers who were fairly sure that rates would stay low in Europe.

Just my opinion.

Btw... as for GNET... we need a major up day tomorrow. We are sitting on the bottom arm of the 30, 60 and daily Bollinger Bands. Nice BB pinches forming on the 30 and 60 minute charts indicating a major move in one direction or another... (praying that it is upward).

US dollar likely to go to new highs over the next coming weeks and should keep foreign capital moving into the US to participate. But beware of the Bullish "hangover" when the dollar tops out.

Regards,

Ron
