Tracy called me after the meeting...needless to say, he's all lathered up! LOL! He's grinning from ear to ear. He said he had a nice long chat with Luis before the meeting in a one on one setting. I don't know what all they talked about but Tracy did tell me that ALG is doing fantastic. He said that ALG is extremely close (watch for news) to being licensed in 23 states and that ALG has been amazed at the amount of applications that have come in just since they signed on with AOL's Digital Cities. They have received over 300 new loan applications their first week, totaling over $24 million. The President of ALG said they close a high percentage of them but I don't think Tracy told me what percentage that was. He did say that the average loan application was for $87K. This is very good!

He also said that Luis Alvarez told him that they did not owe anything on MBM.

The next big item for us to watch for is the Citgo distributor acquisition. This is progressing well but is not final at this time. Alvarez hopes to finalize the acquisition in 30-60 days.

Tracy will have more to say when he gets a chance to post for himself...I just wanted to pass this on for him as I know many are on the edge of their seat to find out how the Atlanta meeting went.

Cheers!
