Jeffery Bash your probaly correct to state that if BD wants to get in this buisness it is not good for QDEL . Would you not think if QDEL
patents are not infringing then BD is going to try to buy them out.

This is why the poision pill was inacted from what I have heard this is done to protect managements jobs and is not in the best interest
of the stock holders.

It is a big gamble to invest in QDEL right now but the risk to reward
bases in my eyes is worth it, that is why I bought some more the other day at 2 15/16 . My charts show me this might be a few weeks early
and QDEL will probaly still go lower and form a new low about 20%
lower then the last and at that time I plan to buy some more .
In this market knowbody can tell what is going to happen but I'm invest in a company with great potential to develope new products .
That will increase its bottom line .

It is hard for me to believe that management has not research this
out enough with their lawyers . Also I believe it will be impossibly
to prove that it was will full infringement on QDEL part .
