Maybe I have missed something, but 2003? Sell the news? What news? Maybe we should sell the delay and think about buying back in a couple years. And 2003 assumes no more delays, which based on the history of XONON, I would not count on.

I sure also thought that the unit in Ca had been running for longer than 6 months. Maybe in my older age, my perception of time is skewed or I am confusing it with something else.
