OT: I harped on this 3 months ago. No one paid any mind to it, but the futures have been explosive, to say the least. William, I certainly remember you harping on this. I've been watching it also. Unfortunately I have no experience in the futures markets, so I really am not able to take much advantage here. But my interest is one of concern for the impact on the whole national (and global) economy that it might provoke. I worry some that this may be just the beginning of a very serious situation. If the price of oil were to become cost prohibitive for the continuance of our standard of living (read this as dire inflation), we could see some very disturbing events occur. This could lead to economic and political turmoil the world over - not to mention the severe damper that would be placed on the equities markets. The price (and supply) of oil affects nearly every facet of our lives. Yes, I am concerned. Not loosing any sleep yet, but it is a very serious issue that we all should be concerned about. Thanks for bringing it to our attention once again. KT
