In Indonesia if you wanted to get businessdone, you had
to make a deal with a relative of the President of the
country. They got a percentage. No percentage, no
business.

Is that the deal at Diavik? No percentage, no business.
Are there people who have to get a piece of the action? If so,
who are they? If you want to do business in Canada,
is there a list of people who have to get something
first?

Maybe we should all be investing in the tech stocks.
No one has a prior or environmental claim on them.
