James, In my humble (chart reading) opinion, the #1 BUY SIGNAL for PRST will be flashed WHEN THE RISING 50 day moving avg crosses the RISING 200 day moving avg. Then we will see a fantastic rise in PRST BECAUSE the MOMENTUM MONEY MANAGERS WILL FALL OVER THEMSELVES TO GET IN, AND THE SHORTS WILL COVER IN PANIC!
