greg: <<why would AMd spin off world leading technology prematurly to it full potential. Flash is in it's infancy. to trade cash for debt is a poor trade off in a capital abundant market. If your impatient with your return sell and move on. Calm down! My patience in regard to AMD is excessive. Selling flash is an idea worth to explore. Call it shareholders' activism!
