API numbers ... can anyone else smell "manipulation" ... Senator Schumer et al want to tap the Emergency Reserve ... but that is against the law except in an emergency. So let's have an emergency .... Then too, Sect. Richardson is in Norway saying stupid things* ... he is due to visit most OPEC states over the next few weeks ... he needs a "Reason" to justify OPEC opening up the spigots a bit .... So lets give him a reason ... * He is quoted elsewhere here as being stunned that Norwegians pay $5/gal for gasoline. Where has he been? Reminds me of President Bush at that grocery store photo op in Georgetown ... amazed at the bar code reader at the check out counter that you and I had been using for ten years.
