WHY NO CURRENT WELL KNOWN INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS???

Institutional investors rarely buy OTCBB stocks. They're fiduciaries and would find it very difficult to justify in any litigation as to why something went wrong and why did they take a risk.

Once Nasdaq listing takes place there is a much greater opportunity for Inst. investing. In actuality the risks are very similar but easier to defend in litigation with the 'reasonable and prudent' formula and other defenses.

I expect some type of equity investment by either IBM, Lucent, or Intel prior to Nasdaq listing. This would be in a private placement with all proceeds going to eDig. It's size would likely be determined by the need and scope of any work or contract brought to eDig by any of those 3 companies. Such an event would create a lot of security and future promise for institutional and private investors and do as much for share price as a large contract from a well-known non-equity investing customer.

Much time has been taken on this board with issues of investing style, personalities of founders, management, and contributing posters and shareholders, and the merits and value of what this company owns in patents, ideas, and engineering talent.

Investors make money in stocks by either long or short positions that are successfully entered and EXITED. Have any of Woody's companies gone bankrupt? NO If Carl Mehr doesn't like Woody, his companies, or his performance, SO WHAT? It is irrelevant in so far as how you, the investor, will make or lose money in this issue.

This week Tinroad, found out something very valuable from a principal of Veda Labs. I respect his work and contributions and believe it was one of those very exceptional moments in investing when one does find a working crystal ball.

It is currently not a signed contract or there would be a public announcement. It's also very likely to be a signed one over the very near term based on his reporting.

Best to all:
