That makes sense-- a lot of Oak insiders--ie the officers of the company. I guess you are saying that the deal has closed. I am waiting for some big announcement from Corning such as another takeover/merger. Also expecting a stock split any day as the secondary offering is now out of the way. Should support the stock near term.
