I've been trading too and not unhappy that I did.

Now may be the time to finally rest a bit easier. I picked up a few yesterday in the afternoon on the dip and was ready to trade again until I heard the myTalk news.

The myTalk membership news today is the first hard news since November. The hiring going on as listed on the web site, the return to prominent placement on the Excite page, and these numbers on myTalk give a bit of a foundation to this company while we also wait for the maturation of the GM relationship.

I am sure that the history will show that GMGC was near extinction in the summer and fall of 1999. Buying on dips and selling on the high volume days made sense and dollars for me. Those who maintained their full holdings from the summer lows and right up to the present did even better and that's fine with me. (Way to go John, and thanks for the encouragement.)

By the way, Portico is great to use. With more features than myTalk and no commercials, it is GGMGC's flagship. Until we finally get a telco to incorporate it, GMGC's potential will not be achieved. The lack of progress (probably dead) on the Bell South deal alarmed me. Now with a bit of press, there should be two or three telcos calling GMGC.

So GMGC is still speculative but safe enough that we are likely to see analyst coverage with a "buy" within the next three or four weeks.
