Magic Software Accelerates E-commerce Enterprise Solution
Time-to-Market by Leveraging Mainsoft's Re-hosting Infrastructure

Mainsoft Corporation, the leader in cross-platform solutions for
the enterprise, today announced MainWin 3.4 for Linux will be
available later this month. MainWin is Mainsoft's Windows platform
for the Linux operating system. In a progressive move to accelerate
the expansion of business-critical applications available for Linux,
this announcement underscores Mainsoft's commitment to arm companies
with the technology infrastructure for re-hosting Windows applications
to the Linux platform.
"Mainsoft's solution is an innovative step toward allowing
software developers to develop on Windows, the best development
environment, and to deploy on the platform of their choice," said
Yaacov Cohen, president of Mainsoft. "Magic Software (Nasdaq: MGIC.O)
one of our partners, is among the first companies to reap the benefits
of utilizing MainWin for re-hosting its Magic Enterprise Edition V.8
to the Linux environment. We are pleased to be working in tandem with
such a front-runner in the industry."
Magic's Enterprise Edition V.8 for Linux is a development
solution that enables companies to build e-commerce and other
enterprise-level business solutions directly on the Linux platform.
The new offering also includes Magic Web Online(tm), which provides
the online computing capabilities needed to build powerful e-commerce
applications. Leveraging Mainsoft's product MainWin, Magic saved
critical development time and costs to ship Enterprise Edition V.8.
"Mainsoft's technology was so advanced that we were able to
deliver Enterprise Edition V.8 for Linux from start to finish, in less
than three months," said David Leichner, vice president of worldwide
marketing at Magic Software. "Time-to-market was our utmost priority.
We relied on Mainsoft's Windows platform for Linux to help us meet our
customer needs. Without Mainsoft's MainWin product, we may have missed
the market opportunity."

MainWin, Mainsoft's Windows platform for UNIX systems including
Linux, provides the leading technology infrastructure for Independent

simultaneously.
Additionally, Mainsoft is expanding the tools available to
developers on the Linux platform by offering Rogue Wave's Stingray
development tools, which include Objective Toolkit PRO, Objective
Edit, Objective Chart, Objective Grid and Objective View for
Microsoft Foundation Classes (MFC). Stingray allows developers
