JDSU, asking pierce to discuss IPR

Pierce, we have been debating JDSU's geneology on this and the JDSU thread. No one has been able to point to proprietary technology owned by JDSU. So far the only barriers to entry have been the intellect of their engineers, their manufacturing capacity, and their ability to product passive and active components.

If you know of any intellectual property that provides barriers to entry, I am dying to hear about it. I am long JDSU, believe its a King, but open-minded.
