He may actually be right on the three-digit number. The market IS crazy enough IMO to make Palm worth $100/share ($50 billion - making COMS worth about $180/share!!). But that's still a far cry from $200+ per share.

Crazy conversion factor: From here, every $33 Palm goes up is a 1-bagger for COMS. If Palm does hit $200/share in a few years' (months'????) time ($100 billion), COMS becomes a 6-bagger.

You're right though. I hope I'm wrong!

It's planning an exit strategy that's tricky to me. Should one cash out of COMS at $100? $125? $150? $200? <g>

The things I keep reminding myself are

- there are 5.5 million of these things out there,
- in 5 years the numbers will dwarf these figures
- it is the de facto standard with overwhelming developer support
- the darn things will get more and more integrated WITH EVERYTHING!
- They will sell all over the world
- users will upgrade
- Palm owns the operating system
- Palm has a fledgling portal

All this and
- Palm, unlike COMS, will likely have stock as currency in a MONSTER way

So my gut right now says "dont' sell, don't sell, don't sell." Wait this one out and you've got a multi-bagger.
