Not so fast Zeev... TRKN doesn't necessarily have to be in default of its loans. In lending to small, risky companies like TRKN, lenders will often write loan agreements where default is virtually impossible (barring the suspension of interest payments). Often they establish a sliding scale of interest rates to correspond with various ratios. The reason for this is that canceling a loan to a company like TRKN isn't worth the legal fees -- there isn't much worth seizing, etc. How/why are you predicting your bottom? I don't necessarily disagree with your figure, but I want to know your methodology/assumptions behind it. Regards, sds
