Dan,

The incremental cost of cumine is sub $50.

The overhead is played many ways frankly.

My argument is that they can sell a MB (cost $40) plus cumine CPU (cost $40) for the $130-150 range in a price war.

And if they do get Willy to work then the classic squeeze starts again.

Willy and servers will give Intel all the overhead margin they need.

And Intel will collapse low end to cumines.

And AMD will be stuck again - selling Athlons for sub <$100.

Not a pretty sight IMHO.

This is a reasonable worst case scenario 12 months from now.

regards,

Kash.
