MMI paid $500,000.00 to earn 35% of ThoughtShare's technology. The R and D costs are over $7 million in SFU dollars. We all know that the Technology Access organization ranks Simon Fraser University #1 in North America for cost-effective creation of intellectual property and spin-off companies.
How was MMI so lucky to get such a good deal, and why should they get more?
How can MMI gain a larger percentage in ThoughtShare, and where will it come from?
Will it come from DNA Media Services (26.8%), or SFU (19.1%), or the TSCI (19.1%) principals?
Was MMI and TSCI planning a reverse takeover, by issuing a certain amount (several million) of MMI shares (to TSCI) and gain control?
Was this based on a certain dollar value, and a PP that fell apart when the stock doubled?
Would MMI want the price to drop under $1.00 again in order to close the deal, and PP that they were working on?
Will the delay in negotiating a deal slow down the funding needed to complete a commercial version of CZWEB?
No matter how this turns out. 35% of TSCI, will soon be worth many times more than today's price. |
