Very interesting points raised by Oldlaw from bullboards thread::::

- From Nov 1 to Dec 15 MMI traded 1.29 million shares at an average price of .16.

- Canaccord gross sold 383K, Golden Cap: 252K, and PI: 100K under .20.

- Starting Dec 15, MMI moved from an intraday low of .17 to an intraday high of .56 in 4 trading days.

- On Dec 23 MMI went from an intraday low of .38 to an intraday high of .83 in 7 days.

- On Jan 11 MMI went from a low of .52 to a high of 1.48 in 10 trading days.

- Volume was up over 400 % from Nov to Dec.

- Volume was up about 50% from Dec. to Jan.

- Backflip publicity helped MMI to break out in mid-Dec.

- On Jan. 5, Steve Harmon said that Yahoo! or AOL, should acquire Backflip if they want to prevent a rival from growing.

- On Jan 6 MMI hit an intraday high of .83.

- On Jan 25 Ask Jeeves acquired Direct hit.

- MMI hit an intraday high of 1.48

- MMI has not put out a news release since Nov 25, except when forced to.

MMI paid $500,000.00 to earn 35% of ThoughtShare's technology. The R and D costs are over $7 million in SFU dollars. We all know that the Technology Access organization ranks Simon Fraser University #1 in North America for cost-effective creation of intellectual property and spin-off companies.

How was MMI so lucky to get such a good deal, and why should they get more?

How can MMI gain a larger percentage in ThoughtShare, and where will it come from?

Will it come from DNA Media Services (26.8%), or SFU (19.1%), or the TSCI (19.1%) principals?

Was MMI and TSCI planning a reverse takeover, by issuing a certain amount (several million) of MMI shares (to TSCI) and gain control?

Was this based on a certain dollar value, and a PP that fell apart when the stock doubled?

Would MMI want the price to drop under $1.00 again in order to close the deal, and PP that they were working on?

Will the delay in negotiating a deal slow down the funding needed to complete a commercial version of CZWEB?

No matter how this turns out. 35% of TSCI, will soon be worth many times more than today's price.
