NEW YORK, Feb 2, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Music Choice, the
world's largest provider of commercial-free digital music via cable,
satellite and the Internet, today announced that Vidnet (OTC Bulletin
Board: EBLD), host of entertainment-oriented streaming content
programming through its Web site, has signed on to sponsor the Music
Choice OnStage Concert series for one full year. Music Choice OnStage
is a monthly video concert and audio show promotional package that
enables consumer brands to reach more than 25 million cable and
satellite households through sponsorships.

The February Music Choice OnStage event features a taped live
performance from Collective Soul. The video footage of the concert will
air on cable systems throughout the U.S. from February 1st through
March 6th and will be Webcast on musicchoice.com on February
15th and 24th. In addition, an audio program entitled "Music Choice
Premieres Collective Soul: Dosage", will air twice daily on the Music
Choice Showcase I Channel. Two tracks from Dosage, "Needs" and "She
Said" can be downloaded free throughout February at
musicchoice.com.

As a sponsor of the entire year's OnStage series programming, Vidnet
will be promoted through:
-- Logo and audio mentions during the opening and closing credits of each
video broadcast
-- Four 30-second commercial spots in each video broadcast
-- Logo on the tune-in spots promoting each concert and airing 250 times
in each cable affiliate market
-- Three audio mentions during the associated "Music Choice Premieres"
show on Showcase I
-- Audio mentions in promotion bumpers promoting each audio show
-- Logo and audio mention during Webcasts and rebroadcasts
-- Sponsor banner, logo, mention and links on musicchoice.com

Music Choice OnStage will feature Patti Smith in March and Kenny Wayne
Shepherd in April. Sponsorship opportunities are still available for
all concerts.
