First time poster to you.
What do you think about the area of packet billing, that is, billing per packet of information between telcos, IP's, wireless, etc. This seems like one of those promising sectors, albeit totally boring, that no one will care about until they realize its significance.
Will it be significant? Do you have an opinion on this? There is a company (ticker ACEC) that focuses on this sector trading with a p/s ratio of between 1 and 2, so it seems really cheap AND in a promising sector.
Of course, I would like to hear your opinion, which is why I write.
