I'm not that sure the company has a large incentive to care. All the options get repriced so damn often that they get paid no matter how crappy the stock does. It's bull. They should get rewarded like everyone else, by adding value to the company. Why should insider's options get repriced when mine go worthless?? It's a fundamental problem in a number of companies today, and I'm going to try to propose it at the next shareholder meeting... I WILL be attending, I should of flown out last week. IT was my fault, and I have no one to blame for not being there but myself.
