Robert...I use SC3.0 and have looked for a book on "Easy Language" but not found any. The documentation was extremely poor. My learning process with EL was by trial & error. Here is a hint. Go into the QuickEditor. Click on the systems tab. Pick a system that doesn't have a (P) behind it (Can only edit those in TradeStation). And click the edit button. Observe how the formulas & inputs are constructed. This is how I did it. When you exit the system under edit, "cancel" instead of "OK" in case you inadvertently changed something. Then click new (system), name it "Test", and try something...anything... and click OK. If it doesn't work SC will let you know <G>.
