KINT is OTC BB fully filing trading around 3/4. See initial post in thread.
Here is a little bit about KINT's new partner, Polaris Industries (NYSE PII $30.50):

Polaris Industries Inc. designs, engineers and manufactures
snowmobiles, all terrain recreational and utility vehicles (ATVs),
motorcycles and personal watercraft (PWC), and produces or supplies a
variety of replacement parts and accessories. Polaris produces a full line
of snowmobiles, ranging from utility and economy models to
performance and competition models. The Company also markets
snowmobile accessories such as luggage, tow hitches, hand warmers,
specialized instrumentation, reverse gear, special traction products,
cargo racks, oils, lubricants, paints and parts. In the ATV market, the
Company offers four-wheel ATVs as well as a six-wheel off-road utility
vehicle and a six-wheel drive off-road Polaris Ranger side by side utility
and recreational vehicle. In 1998, the Company entered the "cruiser"
motorcycle market with its introduction of the Victory V92C. Polaris
also markets a full line of recreational clothing for its snowmobile, ATV,
motorcycle and PWC lines.

Polaris Industries Inc. engineers, markets, and manufactures
snowmobiles, personal watercraft, all-terrain vehicles, motorcycles and
related parts, garments and accessories. For the nine months ended
9/30/99, net sales rose 13% to $951 million. Net income totalled $51.4
million, up from $8.3 million. Revenues reflect strong demand for
all-terrain vehicles and increasing Victory motorcycle shipments.
Earnings reflect manufacturing cost reductions and increased PG&A
