Good morning Manny,

Your new label and post # 4815 serve as a lead-in to this post.
It concerns my impression to-date with the manner in which seemingly random uncoordinated and undisciplined company-related info comes to our attention. I have a sense of unease about it and I feel strongly that an enterprise that has such celebrated potential and is so willing to spend money to promote it could do a lot more in the arena of relating to those who share the vision AND have made commitments to it.
The investors have earned the right to clearer reporting by company officials. Here is what I would like to see happen.

For openers I want to see a clear overview of:
1. ECNC-
2. How it relates to ET&T-
3. How it relates to its sibling satellites e.g. Paymaster-
4. How it relates to its own satellites e.g. 777Wins.

Next I'd like to see a chronologic list of when the above mentioned entities:
1. Came into being-
2. What price was paid for acquisition, association, or whatever type
of involvement-
3. What the current percentage of ownership is-
4. What the designated function of the entity is-
5. What the performance record of the entity is-

I'd like to see a mission statement which limits itself to goals and
objectives.

I want to be able to identify and separate official company releases from all other input and I'd like to see official company releases numbered to enable reliable cross-referencing and structuring.
In addition to clarifying my need for clarity you will also assist others in this; not just investors, also others who may want to come on board.

What this post is NOT.

I am not interested in projections of earnings.
I will draw my own conclusions based on actual performance.

All I am asking is a record of the HISTORY of this enterprise.
A record of a company's history is not HYPE.

A record of performance is not HYPE.

A mission statement is not HYPE.

Projections CAN be HYPE and IMO should be left to NON-COMPANY individuals. No exceptions!

In fact, whatever contributions (posts) are made by non-company individuals will now have a better chance to be identified as so much
B.S. or as well-researched market fundamentals and we do have some
excellent contributors in the latter category.

If you agree with this post, please endorse this request with a "ditto" post with whatever you want to add.

I believe that we have come a long way and I firmly believe that this
request is timely and appropriate.
