More indication that Intel may be using a guard band as large as 12% . At overclockers.com, a Coppermine 733 running
at 891MHz at 1.65V with stock fan and heatsink. 891/800 =
1.114. This was not shipped as 800MHz. 12% seems high but it
is not out of the question for a new process at the very highest end.
