"We Americans so judgmental about tyranny" , speak for yourself. Stating FACTS is not judgmental. Facts speak for themselves is what I'm saying e.g. Fact: China has little regard for life, they have a history of killing baby girls, they shoot prisoners and take their kidneys, they abuse children as a labor source, etc.
I agree it is easy to make a judgement of such animalistic behavior no matter what country you are from. The judgement is pretty much automatic to the facts for most people.
And what is this 10% stuff? If you are talking about America, anyone can be in top ten percent, anyone. You just have to have brains, talent or just work hard.
Each person can makes his own way in life so if you were talking about America and 10 % percent really told 90% what to do, then if you are in the 90% group, you are either dumb or lazy or both. That is a fact, no matter what your judgement is.
The guy that picks up my trash is a millionaire. He worked for it, built his own trash business. Now people work for him although he still drives the truck every once in a while for fun.
