Some quick questions: What about the cumulative debt of all the great new US carriers? Will they all be able to service it? What about the "new economy" being financed by "easy money", i.e. excessive pumping of the US Fed in the past years? What about the quality of the "content" that a "brand company" like AOL offers? What about "Moore's Law" and the economic advantage of late entrants who get much more horsepower for the same investment? If US technology is so great why does the USA have such a huge trade deficit? No time left now, more comments possibly later. BTW: DT Net access charge (combined phone + online fee) is 0.03 DM/min or about $0.90/hour, no "free lunch" but reasonable.
