I will re-iterate what Flea just stated. 1) The Zimbabwe program in the JV with Longmans(listed on London and operate 7 other mines)Excellent partner and they expect assays by the end of februaury on the drilling here.They do not intend to abandon the mining aspect and have had expressions of interest by another regarding their property in the area. 2)The IT project originates out of Austrailia and has Global Applications.DD is being done and all Christine would say it is a "Significant Oppurtunity" and she seems very upbeat and exicited about it.This will operate as a sudsidiary of MGD.V and will require financing.When DD is done negotitians will be concluded. 3)It is warrants that expire In April 2000 and November 2000.
