i'll let you know, carolyn. so far, their costumer service is very good --much faster than etrade. they have live help (24hr) where they respond, of course, faster than email. they have over 300K account but there's no minimum balance req to open an account which mean many of them are prob. not active; mine was open for months with a zero balance. first wire is going out today/tomorrow.

there's a nice article in last week's business week about e*trade and how they plan to expand into being a one-stop for all financial needs. but that is talk and what is now, all i have is system outages and commercials. i hate system outages and commercial (attracting new ones) will just clog the costumer service --if not make the online system more overbordened.

i lived thru aol; i can't do it again. ...i'm getting old.
