Haim, I think they did the right thing. The dollar is relatively strong, so the threat of imported inflation is gone. Inflation is pretty much under control. They practically declared they are ready to raise again, if needed. And, most important, IMO, the deflationary effects of the internet will start rearing their ugly head soon. I think by the end of the year we are going to have a significant slowdown, if not a recession.
