Heads up on GMA...

I have been buying this one steady from .70 up and it looks like it is starting to build a
little steam today and bids have been building all day.

I am just putting together all the DD and will start a thread in the next day or two.

I know this isn't a fundamental thread but in short..

-11.2 million shares out, insiders own around 5 million
-they just got $10 million in cash for the sale of assets and have no debt. They also have
2 million shares of KTI on the TSE.
-they are restructing the company and are now out of the geological oil and gas
business.
-they have 3 recently purchased tech. companies, one software (NRI), two internet
services (NTI and 45% of Interback) which are similar to OS which just got bought by
JAWZ.
-they are now out of the geological software game and will be changing the listing status
from oil/gas to tech.
-they are changing there name to Net Driven Solution and this should be announced
soon (name changed was announced in recent circular).
-they also announced in the recent circular that they are looking at giving out a cash
dividend of up to .15 in the near future because of all the cash they are sitting on.

-so far all of the info. I have seen looks fairly solid and the momentum is there so it might
be worth a spot on the ticker.
