Dear Olu, yes the momentum managers are falling over themselves... but its to try to explain to unhappy clients why they are down 16% this year. Sorry, but its just not a momentum mkt anymore ... might change tomorrow, but Yes, Olu, you are right: 3 million shares short which may be covered in panic if the mkt starts to scream again. But that makes about 20 million shares LONG which could panic OUT if the mkt started going south. OUCH a ratio of almost 7 shares held long for every share held short! The longs have 7 time the risk! The next few months will be fun! Jim ;-)
